embracing change in your life
With Tsoknyi Rinpoche
August 3 - 5, 2012
Change is an integral part of life, yet so often we fear it. The uncertainty that change brings can give rise to discomfort, anxiety, anger, and even depression. When we resist change—sometimes even necessary and beneficial change—we undermine our confidence in ourselves and our world.
Buddhism teaches that change is always workable, even when it’s painful and difficult. The 2,500-year-old wisdom of Buddhism offers practical tools for dealing with all manner of change, be it making a long overdue change in our life or facing a difficult challenge that has unexpectedly occurred.
