Crestone Pre-Retreat Practice

Three days before the first Crestone retreat formally begins, students can begin to practice and acclimatize to the high altitude in Crestone through an audio and video mix of Rinpoche’s guided meditations and dharma talks at the teaching tent each day on the Yeshe Rangsal retreat land. This pre-retreat offering is open only to those registered for Rinpoche’s first or second Crestone retreats. There are no tuition costs or registration for this pre-retreat program.

The pre-retreat teachings consist of selected video clips from the new Fully Being on-line course (https://www.fullybeing.org) and are accompanied by gentle pranayama, yoga and chi gong practices each day.
